Privacy Policy

Short, because this site collects almost nothing about you.

1. What this website collects

Nothing. There is no analytics tag, no tracking pixel, no advertising script and no cookie set by this site. Your visit is not measured or recorded. This is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. That is normal web hosting, not something built for tracking you.

2. What I collect when you buy

When you purchase a package, the payment provider acting as merchant of record collects your name, email address, billing address and payment details in order to process the transaction and issue your invoice.

I never see or store your card details. What reaches me is your name, email and the package you bought, so I can deliver the work and contact you about it.

3. What I collect when you become a client

The intake form collects what is needed to do the work: your company, your product, your audience, and access to the accounts you ask me to work on.

Access credentials are used only for the work you have bought, never shared with anyone, and you can revoke them at any moment. I do not need or want admin rights where read access will do.

4. Your data is never sold

Your information is not sold, rented or given to advertisers, ever. It is shared only with the services required to run the business: the payment provider that processes your purchase, the hosting provider that serves this site, and email.

5. Client analytics shown on this site

The traffic figures shown as proof on this site belong to a client and are published with that client's written permission. The client is not named, and no screenshot showing a product name or page title was used.

Your numbers would be treated the same way: nothing about your account is ever published unless you have said in writing that it can be.

6. How long things are kept

Invoices and payment records are kept as long as tax rules require. Work files and correspondence are kept while we are working together and for a reasonable period after, so that you can ask for them again. Ask for deletion and it will be done, except where a record must legally be retained.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted. Email med.elharras.contact@gmail.com and it will be handled within one working day. No special form and no fee.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If a change is significant and you are an active client, you will be told directly rather than expected to notice it here.

Who you are dealing with

Mohamed Elharras, sole trader, Tangier, Morocco. Questions about anything on this page go to med.elharras.contact@gmail.com, answered within one working day.
