Terms of Service

These services are provided by Mohamed Elharras, sole trader, based in Tangier, Morocco. Throughout this page "I" means that person and "you" means the company or individual buying a package.

Fixed-scope growth and content services, sold as packages at a stated price. The packages currently offered are:

• $600Teardown, one-time. Delivered in 5 business days, as a written report plus screen recordings.
• $1,200Traffic Engine, billed monthly. Engine live within 10 business days of purchase.
• $2,000Full Infrastructure, billed monthly. Full system deployed within 15 business days of purchase.

The full deliverables for each package are listed on the packages section of this site and form part of these terms.

All work is delivered remotely and asynchronously. There are no calls or meetings. After payment you receive an intake form; the delivery window stated for your package starts when that completed form is received, not when payment is made.

If I cannot start within the stated window, you will be told before the window begins and may take a full refund at that point.

Everything produced for you is yours: scripts, footage, hooks, reports, automations and any accounts created for you. You keep all of it if we stop working together, with no licence period and no additional fee.

I may refer to the fact that we worked together, but I will never publish your metrics, analytics or any confidential information without your written permission.

Before work begins: a full refund, no questions asked, at any time before I start on your intake form.

One-time packages: once the report has been delivered the work is complete and the fee is non-refundable, because it is bespoke work produced specifically for you.

Monthly packages: cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and the service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Part-months are not refunded.

If I fail to deliver what is listed for your package within the stated window, you get a refund for that period. That is a commitment, not a goodwill gesture.

Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time with no notice period, no exit call and no cancellation fee. Email med.elharras.contact@gmail.com or cancel through the checkout provider, and it will be actioned within one working day.

I do not guarantee any specific number of views, followers, installs, leads or revenue. Nobody honestly can, because platform algorithms and your market are outside my control.

What I commit to is the scope listed for your package, the stated delivery window, and reporting drawn from raw platform analytics rather than a designed summary.

Figures shown elsewhere on this site describe past results on specific accounts. They are real and verifiable, and they are not a prediction of your results.

You agree to provide accurate information in the intake form, the access needed to do the work, and reasonably timely responses. Work that stalls because required access or approvals are missing does not extend the delivery window.

You confirm that anything you supply is yours to supply, and that your product is legal to promote in the markets you are targeting.

To the extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to a package is limited to the amount you paid for that package in the twelve months before the claim.

I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. That provider handles the transaction, issues your receipt and invoice, and applies any sales tax or VAT required for your country. Card details are never seen or stored by me.

Monthly packages renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes your jurisdiction adds.

These terms may be updated, and the date at the top of this page will change when they are. Changes never apply retroactively to work already purchased. If you have an active monthly package, material changes take effect at your next renewal.
